Summer Sustainability Series
Next week, the Summer Sustainability Series, spearheaded by the Oregon University System and the Oregon Business Council, runs four days, July 21-24, considering “Sustainability in the Urban Built Environment.” Professionals and graduate students will make site visits, meet experts, and participate in discussions.
Under consideration, the urban growth boundary, South Waterfront, the Brewery Blocks, the Gerding Theater and the Armory, Orenco Station, and more. Experts include David Bragdon, Mark Edlen, and a host of others from the public and private sectors.
