A while back, I mentioned Design Within Reach’s modular house system, Kithaus

See it for yourself on Thursday. The Pearl District location (1200 NW Everett) will have the Kithaus in the studio for you to tour.

Here are the details:

DWR and Kithaus: redefining prefab in 2008

Thursday, April 24, 6-8pm

Tom Sandonato, cofounder and designer of Kithaus, will be in attendance, demonstrating the assembly and chatting about the pre-fab, waste-free system. Come with questions!
