New Fave Blog: Kris's Color Stripes
I just have to share a new favorite blog, called Kris’s Color Stripes. Kris is an artist and fashion designer living in Italy. Everyday, she posts blogs of photos she’s taken, then pulls out the color palette into “color stripes.” It reminds me of Susan’s (whom I’ve blogged about before) Original Intents; she creates earrings based off the color palette and texture of photographs she takes around Portland.
Both of these ladies are teachers in the way they look at things and create something new. If you need help creating a color palette for your home, why not just look outside and observe how nature does it? You just have to look.
