Ecotrust Farmers Market Starts Today
You’ll have to forgive me today for not posting photos of the gorgeous Oregon strawberries that you’ll find if you happen to venture to the Ecotrust parking lot this evening to attend the first installment of the weekly summer farmers market in the Pearl District. I recently had to switch computers, and I’ve yet to install Photoshop.
To kick off the 2008 season, the Portland Farmers Market welcomes guest chef and cookbook author Ivy Manning, who’ll be signing copies of her new title, “The Farm To Table Cookbook: The Art of Eating Locally”
Market activities commence at 6pm this evening, and for those new in town (or those living under a brick), Ecotrust is located at 721 NW 9th Avenue in the Pearl District.
