Correction: Apartments in South Waterfront
The Daily Journal of Commerce reports today that the R&H construction will break ground in June on South Waterfront’s first apartment building. Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t Trammell Crow’s 22-story Alexan, which broke ground more than a year ago, the first apartment building?

I think this is the first “low rise” apartment building to be built in SWF.
