- Can I subscribe via telephone?

- How do I give a gift subscription?
- Giving a gift subscription is easy. On the top part of the subscription form, simply fill out the name and address of the person to whom you'd like to give a subscription. On the bottom of the form, fill out the billing information for yourself. Or you can call toll-free 866-688-2581 M-F (7 a.m. to 3 p.m. PST).
- How do I pay my invoice?
- You can mail us payment with a check, or we accept all major credit cards. Our mailing address is: 623 SW Oak St., Suite 300, Portland, OR 97205. Include your credit card information as requested on the invoice. You can also call us and pay your invoice with your credit card over the phone. - How do I renew my subscription?
- You will receive a renewal notice from us prior to your subscription expiring. Follow the instructions on the renewal notice, or call us toll-free at 866-688-2581 M-F (7 a.m. to 3 p.m. PST).
- Why did I receive a renewal notice before my subscription has expired?
- We don't want you to miss a single issue. We send out our first renewal notice in ample time for you to renew your subscription before it expires.
- Why did I receive a notice if I've already paid my invoice?
- If you sent us your payment but received another notice or invoice, then most likely your response and our letter crossed paths in the mail or processing. Simply ignore the second notice. If you continue receiving invoices, or if you experience a disruption in magazine delivery, please call us toll-free at 866-688-2581 M-F (7 a.m. to 3 p.m. PST).
- When will I receive my first issue?
- When you subscribe, you will receive the next available issue in 6 to 8 weeks.
- How can I change my address?
- Change your address by calling us toll-free at 866-688-2581 M-F (7 a.m. to 3 p.m. PST). Please provide the name on your subscription, the old address, the new address, and your account number if you know it.
- Does the post office forward periodicals?
- No. The U.S. Postal Service does not forward periodicals, so please be sure to notify us with your change-of-address in advance of your move so you won't miss a single issue.
- What if an issue does not arrive?
- The first issue of your subscription is mailed to you within 6 to 8 weeks of receiving your order. Thereafter you should receive each issue about a week prior to the cover date. If an issue is missing, call us toll-free at 866-688-2581 M-F (7 a.m. to 3 p.m. PST) and we'll send a replacement issue.
- How can I tell when my subscription is going to expire?
- You can find your expiration date by looking above your name on your mailing label. You'll find the month and year of expiration.
Your mailing label contains other valuable information concerning your subscription. If you ever have a question or problem, be sure to include a current mailing label in your correspondence to us, or have it handy when you call. - Is Portland Spaces available on newsstands?
